Timetable

All classes are face to face and in Market Harborough - I'm looking forward to see you!

  • Tuesday: 

    •  Aerial Yoga 9.30-10.30 am, Home Studio. £12 per class (subject to availability, maximum three persons per class), £60 six week term (priority given to termly bookings)

    • Intermediate Hatha 6.30-7.45pm,Core Dance Studio. £54 six week term


  • Wednesday:

    • Yang/Yin and Mixed level Hatha (alternate weeks) 9.30–10.45am Home Studio. £54 six week term

  • Friday:

    • Yin Yoga 9.30-10.45am, Home Studio. £54 six week term

  • Saturday Workshops are also available, see Workshops page.  

  • Saturday Aerial bookings taken on selected Saturdays, contact me for more info.

  • One to one Yoga also available, contact me for more details.

 

Choose a class to meet your needs

Regularly practicing yoga has countless advantages, from increased focus to heightened flexibility. Have a look at the types of classes I teach throughout the week to see what fits your needs and lifestlyle.

Mixed Level Hatha

Suitable for students with some experience, this class uses elements of flow as well as interspersing yang and yin styles of practice.  Options given in poses for different abilities.  Ideal for a combination of stretch and balance.

Yoga Class

Intermediate Hatha

A more challenging class for those with  more yoga experience who are looking for a stronger asana practice.  Includes some flow yoga. Great for strength, flexibility and a varied practice.

Indoor Yoga Class

Yin

Mixed level - suitable for both beginners and more experienced students.  Working into the deeper tissues of the body, i.e. the joints, fascia (the connective tissue)  and ligaments. A mainly floor-based practice which is suitable  for most levels of flexibility.  Poses are supported with props if required, and held for a longer time, typically for 3-5 minutes.   A deeply reflective and restorative practice, to ground you in your own inner space and feel deliciously relaxed.
